About Us
The Purpose Of The
Group
-
The group offers practical advice on how to improve
your driving and become a safer driver. When you join the Cardiff group
by purchasing a "Skills For Life"
package, you will then be assigned an observer. Our Observers are
full members of the IAM who has completed in-house training. The
training of the Senior Observer. These new skills will then be passed on
to new associate members.

All Observers and Senior Observers are volunteers and are unpaid.
Your Observer will take you out on observed drives. The purpose of the
observed drive is to give you advice on what is required to pass the IAM test..

Where and
When Do We Meet?

The group meets monthly, on the first Thursday of
the month. We meet at Lisvane Memorial Hall, Heol-y-Delyn, Lisvane,
Cardiff. Parking is available at the hall. The hall is also
equipped for disabled access.
